Edited-- Playlist: The Build Muscle Training Plans
Edited--- In these plans, you'll alternate weeks between doing a combination of heavy weights and low repetitions and low weights with high repetitions to build muscle. This strategy delivers both endurance, strength and hypertrophy. Combine these efforts with intelligent nutrition, and you'll expose your body to the variables you need to hit your seemingly contradictory goals and realise the overall objective: looking and feeling your absolute best. You can use our guide to RPE to decide when to increase your weights:

Smoke test playlist: 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiv -- Edited
A Jyotirlinga or Jyotirling or Jyotirlingam (Sanskrit: ज्योतिर्लिङ्ग) are shrines where Lord Shiva, is worshipped in the form of a Jyotirlingam. ‘Jyothi’ means ‘Radiance’ and Lingam, the Shiva Lingam-‘the mark or sign’ of The Almighty or the phallus symbol. Jyotir Lingam means the The Radiant sign of The Almighty. There are twelve traditional Jyotirlinga shrines in India.
Lord Shiva first manifested himself as a Jyotirlinga on the night of the, Aridra Nakshatra thus the special reverence for the Jyotirlinga. There is nothing to distinguish the appearance, but it is believed that a person can see these lingas as columns of fire piercing through the earth after he reaches a higher level of spiritual attainment. There are twelve Jyotirlingas in India and they are spread all over India.

Smoke test: What is Smart Farming? It's The Future of Agriculture -- edited
The Internet of Things (IoT) has provided ways to improve nearly every industry imaginable. In agriculture, IoT has not only provided solutions to often time-consuming and tedious tasks but is totally changing the way we think about agriculture. What exactly is a smart farm, though? Here is a rundown of what smart farming is and how it's changing agriculture.

What is a Smart Farm?
Smart farming refers to managing farms using modern Information and communication technologies to increase the quantity and quality of products while optimizing the human labor required.

Among the technologies available for present-day farmers are:

Sensors: soil, water, light, humidity, temperature management
Software:  specialized software solutions that target specific farm types or applications agnostic IoT platforms
Connectivity: cellular, LoRa
Location: GPS, Satellite
Robotics: Autonomous tractors, processing facilities
Data analytics: standalone analytics solutions, data pipelines for downstream solutions -- edited

The IoT-Based Smart Farming Cycle --- South Solapur
The core of IoT is the data you can draw from things and transmit over the internet. To optimize the farming process, IoT devices installed on a farm should collect and process data in a repetitive cycle that enables farmers to react quickly to emerging issues and changes in ambient conditions. Smart farming follows a cycle similar to this one:

1. Observation . Sensors record observational data from the crops, livestock, soil, or atmosphere.

2. Diagnostics. The sensor values are fed to a cloud-hosted IoT platform with predefined decision rules and models—also called "business logic"—that ascertain the condition of the examined object and identify any deficiencies or needs.

3. Decisions . The user and/or the machine learning-driven components of the IoT platform assess the revealed issues to decide if location-specific treatment is necessary.

4. Action . After end-user evaluation and action, the cycle repeats from the beginning.

Helthy diet
A healthy diet chart typically includes a variety of foods from different food groups, emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. It also focuses on portion control and mindful eating. A sample 7-day diet chart could include options like oatmeal with berries and nuts for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch, and salmon with sweet potatoes for dinner.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of what a healthy diet chart might look like, including examples of meals:
Key Components of a Healthy Diet:
Fruits and Vegetables: Aim for a variety of colors and types. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.
Whole Grains: Choose brown rice, quinoa, oats, whole-wheat bread, and other whole grains over refined grains.
Lean Proteins: Include sources like chicken, fish, beans, lentils, tofu, and low-fat dairy products.
Healthy Fats: Opt for sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water, and limit sugary drinks.
Limit Processed Foods, Sugary Drinks, and Saturated Fats: These can contribute to health problems.

By chathu: Fish Farming
Fish farming is an ideal business idea for investors with available land, and it doesn’t always require a large body of water. You can start a fish farm either by creating fish ponds or investing in fish tanks; it’s a highly scalable business idea. Once you have the proper knowledge of fish raising, you will be able to decide the type of fish to raise. According to FinModelsLab, a well-run fish farm can produce a return on investment (ROI) of 15% to 40% annually, with many fish farmers achieving a full return on their investment within three to five years.

Fish such as tilapia, cod, trout, and catfish are popular because they are easy to raise and in high demand. Small-scale farms are the usual suppliers of fish in their local supermarkets and restaurants.

Other popular varieties of commercially-raised fish include:

Yellow Perch
Eel
Grass Carp
Tuna
Salmon

Not all fish are raised for food. Goldfish and koi are popular fish to farm as well. For non-food fish, focus on cultivating premium species that will fetch a higher price when you sell. Whether you are raising fish for food or not, adopting sustainable farming practices will be better for both your business branding and your long-term operational costs.

The decision as to which fish you want to raise will ultimately rely on your skill, financial capacity, market demand, and agro-climatic condition. This refers to the normal soil types, rainfall, temperature, and water availability that affect the type of vegetation in the area.

“Start an adopt-a-tree program. This allows farmers to do what they do best—grow things. To start, you’ll need to have a simple website. But if you run a farm, you should have one anyway. The next thing you’ll need are the actual trees and the tools to plant them. Invest in a good quality camera to take pictures of the trees for the people adopting them. Take pictures when you plant them and as they grow to use as proof that you planted the trees. Finally, have certificates printed up to show adoption of the trees and ones that are to be given as a gift or memorial.”

Parent group playlist by admin: Key aspects of API testing:
Direct interaction:
API tests send requests directly to API endpoints and analyze the responses to ensure they meet expected outcomes. This involves checking status codes, response times, and the structure and content of the data returned.
Focus on business logic:
API testing primarily validates the underlying business rules and data flow within an application, independent of the user interface.
Early defect detection:
By testing APIs early in the development lifecycle, issues can be identified and resolved before they become more complex and costly to fix in later stages.
Automation potential:
API tests are highly automatable, allowing for frequent and efficient execution, which is crucial for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Types of API tests:
This can include functional testing (verifying core functionality), performance testing (measuring response times under load), security testing (identifying vulnerabilities), and integration testing (ensuring seamless communication between APIs and external services).
